We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details), information generated through your use of the Platform (bookings, scores, transactions), and technical information (IP address, browser type, usage data).
We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process payments, send transactional communications, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We share data with golf clubs you interact with through the Platform, payment processors (Dejavoo/iPOSpays), email service providers (Resend), our text message provider (Twilio), and infrastructure providers — only as necessary to deliver the service.
If you add a mobile number to your profile, the golf club you use can send you text messages through ClubTeq about your tee-time bookings, orders and simulator sessions. Promotional texts about club events and offers are sent only if you separately switch on "Text me offers & promotions", which is off by default. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help, or turn texts off in your profile.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver the messages (our text message provider and the mobile carriers).
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive tokens, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app's Profile screen or at clubteq.com/delete-account. Payment and booking records are kept, with your name removed, where the law requires.
The Platform uses essential session cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to processing; and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.
The Platform is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
