By accessing or using ClubTeq ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
ClubTeq provides golf club management software including tee sheet management, booking systems, point-of-sale, customer relationship management, and related services for golf club operators and their members.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
ClubTeq has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send or share anything — in messages, group chats, photos, reviews, scorecards or your profile — that:
You can block any user and report any person, message or review from inside the ClubTeq app. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and users who post it are suspended or permanently removed from ClubTeq.
You are responsible for the content you post. By posting it you confirm you have the right to share it.
Golf clubs that use ClubTeq can send their golfers text messages. If you add a mobile number to your profile, you may receive texts about your tee-time bookings, pro shop and kitchen orders, and simulator sessions. Promotional texts about club events and offers are sent only if you switch on "Text me offers & promotions" in your profile. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubTeq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: golfers under Profile → Delete Account, club staff under Me → Delete account, or on the web at clubteq.com/delete-account. A club owner's request is completed within 7 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
